Just finished watching the Hudl tapes for the Juco prospect Lagow. Its highlights so everybody looks goo on them but impressions are...
Big arm, quick release. Tall kid can see over the line easily. Athletic enough where you could keep some zone read stuff in the play book. You hate putting comparisons on a kid but he has Roethlisberger type mobility. Not saying same skill set just mobility. Not going to kill you with his feet, and scramble for 20 yards but can keep plays alive and get the ball downfield or scramble to pick up a first down on occasion.

Evans the other Juco kid being looked at is a stud. Strong looking kid with a good arm although I think Lagow has the better arm. Evans would excel in a zone read style offense. No doubt the more dangerous of the two with his feet. Evans does look to run if the play breaks down. (Not a bad thing considering his athleticism). Where Lagow seems to keep his eyes downfield more.
Honestly I would be really happy if either one of them signed. Both would upgrade the QB position immediately.

Another name to watch is former UW QB Troy Williams who is at Santa Monica CC.
