This is a must blowout game. I expect UNLV to be up by at least 4 Td's at the half!
They have a first year head coach. Also, they have issues at quarterback, running back, and a line that was very ineffective on both sides of the ball last year.

If it’s anything like what just happened in Canada I’d say just go rewatch the Howard game
That loss haunted Sanchez the remainder of his tenure.

Speaking of Howard, Can someone please explain how or why the phuck UNLV was essentially a 7 TD favorite? Besides K-State before Bill Snyder, the Rebels are the worst D1 program ever.
It's laughable. Nobody expected them to twin by 45. That's definitely a book decision to split the money.
But that said, too many people pick the opposite side of unlv with the points to gmake them a favorite anywhere near there!

Howard lost by 47 points to Richmond 2 weeks later. Granted Richmond probably would have blown out UNLV too.
And the Howard QB that was seemingly unstoppable was benched later in that season..
That loss, and oddly enough a win over SUU (I think it was) were the worst I've ever felt leaving the stadium.
I think UNLV beat SUU 13-10 in an absolutely ugly game...
There was a Northern Colorado win 13-12 in the Hauck era. That was terrible.

I think there really is something to "playing down to the level of your opponent". Especially for an unmotivated team
I agree. And I don’t think it has to be an entire team that’s unmotivated. A couple of key players that are unmotivated can be enough.
They won that one I think. That was the ugly win. I think it was Hauck that lost to SUU..
I think the way I said that was confusing. It was definitely a UNLV win over UNC, but the statement was weirdly worded. Felt like a loss!

A UNLV win should always feel like a win. For F sakes we only get about 2 a year on average so line up Green Valley High, beat them by one and head to Drais like you just won the Rose Bowl.

Yeah, It looks like they have been bet down from where I bet them. I went with a 2 Team parlay Idaho St and UConn to cover the +26.5 points on both games!
I took under 50.5 on Nebraska so don’t listen to my football betting advice ever!
