Does anyone know why he is passing up open shots? I saw at least four completely wide open possibilities he didn't take. Is he just trying to involve the rest of the team? Is he trying to showcase a part of his game other than scoring? Is it a confidence issue?
Against UCLA and Indiana he averaged 18 shots a game. Last night just 2. That's too great a disparity to be just happenstance.
I know it was great for the team to be hot and to score over 100 but we will need Pat to score in future games where we aren't on fire.
