It must be nice for our staff to be able to go to a recruit and show how a relatively unknown (Pat McCaw) can go from reserve minutes to starting minutes by producing. All they have to do is look at Pats minutes from the start of the year to the finish to know they have a chance. That has to be big in recruiting.
