Since the summer league is at the Thomas and Mack. I had the pleasure to hear Boston Celtics Assistant Michael Zarren speak about the trend of advanced analytics in the NBA. He only went so deep for fear of an organizational compromise. It was a very interesting presentation. He talked about Chris Wood being on UNLV's campus. It did not appear he was so high on Christian Wood. I brought him up in part of one my questions. Every time he was mentioned he laughed. He seemed to be very high on Shad though. It really helps to encompass and develop a deeper understanding of the game. The main goal is to be able to make it easier to review scouting and tendencies. Very impressive
