One concern I have is 2nd half adjustments. Seems like against the better teams we have faced, they make adjustments that flips the game. If you guys remember, we had a lot of 1st half leads last year in conference and got blitzed in the 2nd. AZ game, tonight were also examples. I hope this trend does not continue... don’t let them make the adjustments needed to dictate the game.
I surely hope McCoy can also get out of this funk. He’s now averaging 3 turnovers a game, looks extremely lacks on defense, esp on the help, and lets guys grab boards right in front. Don’t know if it’s the opponent or not, but he seemed a lot more fluid early in in the season and had more intensity. I’m confident he will figure it out.
