Yes. The family next to me (3rd season sitting together) have been buying 8. The last game of the season I told them about the 2:1 and the look of surprise on their faces when they realized they've been paying twice as much as they needed was hilarious.I am an Alumni also but have never taken advantage of the 2 for 1. I buy 4 seats in the highest donation area... I could have been getting 8 for the same price? Or is it in certain price groups only?
Would I just call and ask them about it next year to get the 2 for 1?
I've been doing the 2 for 1 for the last 3 seasons. It seems like every year I "enlighten" another 3-4 alumni regarding the deal. Each time I do, I feel kind of bad for them since that's money out of their pockets.Yes. The family next to me (3rd season sitting together) have been buying 8. Where you sit matters so much less than who you are sitting with. I d rather be on an awkward angle with friends who are collectively the best fans out there cheering and being happy about small things like first downs, than in a high value viewing box somewhere sitting in silence.
100% agree.
My tix are next to the band, the (100-some students), and cheer squads - the best, and the cheapest, seats in the house.
