MWC Quarterfinal SDSU vs UNLV

Well SDSU just blew this game against Fresno and now they’re locked into the #4 seed.

We get one more shot at the Aztecs now next week. I hate seeing us go one and done in the conference tournament but the Aztecs have had our number for the last decade. This isn’t a good SDSU team but does anyone see us winning this game?

UNLV plays it’s most complete game of the season. Robot ham shoots well and doesn’t turn the ball over. Hardy beats all five positions off the bounce to score, and also to inflict foul damage. JTT gets nasty. Diong gets 14 and 13. Clyburn efficient in the final minutes., Hamilton and Woodbury both give material contributions in the bread-and-butter minutes of the second and third quarters. Menzies loses 30 lbs. Chet Buchanan is revealed to be a Soviet spy as the result of a foiled half-time assasination plot. None of the Rebel Girls can be trusted.

Robo does it again, hits a 3 at the buzzer to beat sdsu. Rebs then matchup with Boise St who shocked reno in the noon game as Leon Rice celebrates at midcourt which infuriated the wolfpack so bad that muss hurts his hand hitting a slot machine in the hotel lobby...to be continued......

This might all be true except for the part about the Rebel Girls. I trust all of them!

The game went the same as the season. Menzies coached like shit and the team played out of control and sloppy. If the AD keeps him as coach, then she is TKM #2!

Can I change my vote? I should have known better then to think Menzies could actually beat a team in conference with a winning record. So the season ends with 2 out of conference wins against teams with winning records, and 0-7 verse teams in conference with winning records!

Basically painting pictures of deserves one or two more years, selling “improvement” and “can’t wait to see”.... not sure who said what, exactly but it’s widespead among many in local media.
