I wouldn’t want to claim Anthony Richardson. He is turrible.
He was drafted as a top 5 QB... If your talking about finding QB talent, why wouldnt you advertise another first rounder...

Yes, and I'd claim Anthony Bennett as well.
"I've coached guys who were picked first in the draft. Do you want to develop into the next one?" If that doesn't motivate you to sign, I'm not sure what does (besides a huge check, of course).
Failure at the NFL level has 0 to do with his ability as a coach to develop them at college... he identified their talents put them in a position to be the best version of themselves and got them drafted. That's all he can do.
You could argue Tim Tebow had one of the 10 best college careers ever at QB. Not so much at NFL level.
