His 3pt% stats are pedestrian to say the least but development is one of Josh’s strengths, so who knows…

He was cleared on the betting rap. He average 12 pts and 5 assists. He'll be on probation ( no restrictions ) for another year for the vehicular manslaughter conviction. Forgive him and take him.
I wouldn’t consider myself young nor old, but Mikey is a dog. He could be hungry and want to prove people wrong. He’s a strong and athletic guard, absolutely what we need.
Listen, it’s not about the letters on the front of the shirt anymore. It’s not about getting a degree. Pretending they are all student athletes is silly. They’re free agents, hired guns. They take advantage of whatever school allows it, coaches take advantage of the players. There’s no life lessons, mentoring, school pride. Sounds fatalistic but ask yourself, is it right for the most part?

There is another dog that I know of that’s interested, but I’m told it won’t happen. This is a kinder, more gentle, softer UNLV now.
I haven’t been crazy about it at all. I like edge, I like grit, I like giving kids a chance, it breeds loyalty and gives them the opportunity to better their life. The Tark way, even with mistakes like Lloyd, is the right way.
Oh I rememeber this dude, bought a house with NIL $$ in high school, he a buddy moved in together had a party and took pop shots at a car leaving his property. Where is his buddy he was a top recruit too, are they a package?
You said it, UNLV needs an edge to win over these P4 teams with unlimited funds, what you described is one way to do it.
Looking at who CJP is prioritizing, it’s clear he values physical attributes and athleticism. The question is getting them to meld and have an identity right away.

He has been through the mill. I watched the UCF team several times. Based on his high school stats he can light it up. We don't need a gunner we need someone to make a shot or make an assist. The players at UCF were mostly playing hero ball but could put together a good game like vs Iowa State. Pastner has some good contacts in the SEC and Big12 so I don't think he would not be a pg for us especially as most of the team is really young. UCF was a chance to get back in shape. At 6'1 or 6'2 he would be the shortest of all the guards so far.

I want a big point 6'5" or so that can play defense. DJ hurt us defensively last year.
JJ Taylor is legit and would bring excitement to T&M.
I think you take MIkey Williams if he wants to come here. He does have some upside. He did not get much burn until the end of the season--I'm not sure if that's because of injuries or whatever at UCF, I only saw them play once last year and I don't remember anything about him. But I think it's really important that we look at what he did last year and try to remember that he was playing in a better league than the MWC, but those stats don't lie. Without some big development he's not really a scorer or shot maker, and he's not a good defender. He's got really good athleticism and length for his size, and he's a great self-marketer and he also comes with some real baggage off the court, but if Pastner gets 10% more out of him he'll be a Brooklyn Hicks upgrade.

That dude Tark signed that had a 3rd grade reading level and eventually got kicked off the team still has 4 years of eligibility technically. I’m all for signing up the baddest of the bad if they can ball
