Mikey Williams to Sac St

I have been in Sac State's gym. It seats 1.012. My HS gym was better, bigger and it was 100 years old.

Apparently they are upgrading. Major additions being made. Including a new scoreboard!!!! LMFAOOOO.

"When not used for games, the courts will remain open for students for use of pickup games and intramural competitions, officials said.

Along with the configured court, the renovated building will include seating, scoreboards, and a video board."

For those who don't know, Shaq's son transferred there. Shaq's "GM" role will go through spring and involves raising NIL and helping to recruit.

"Ya know, I love great food. Nowhere in the world has better food options than Las Vegas, and thats why im here at UNLV!"

And somewhere along the way, Guy Fieri will mention sports.
He should be involved, if he already isn't.

Where is Floyd at? He likes to burn money.

It sounds a lot like the high school gym that my son played a road basketball game in this season. It was a cafeteria with a theater stage right behind the basket. If you made a lay up you had to avoid hitting the stage behind it. Sacramento State sounds like they have similar facilities.

We need a full culinary program or something to get his attention. Name a building after him or something to get him involved. Heck, put one of his restaurants in the Mack for game day.. the fact that the university hasn't tried to pull one of its most prominent TV celebrity alumni into something feels like a failure

The seating ( after renovations ) is expected to be 4,500 for basketball. If they get in the PAC the KINGS have offer their stadium for Sac State BB.

Old Catholic HS with the theater stage behind the basket?

Literally the worst locker room showers I ever went to was Santa Barbara HS., which one would assume would be hi-class I think they were installed around the time of Father Serra on his Mission.

Bishop Gormans old campus gym had the same thing. Theatre stage and they brought out folding chairs on the stage for more capacity.

The UNLV gym, and this was the gym that later became the UNLV museum before being torn down roughly where the UNLV hotel school is now located, also had the same thing and was made famous by Ann Margaret and Elvis! As a side note, noticed the view of Ann was always perfectly placed!

Used to watch Tark practice from the balcony above during early years at that old gym.

I’ve never seen any of Elvis’s old movies. I’ve heard some were beyond awful.

She’s one helluva dancer.
