45 of last 46 conference games won. Some Tark level #s for Lindy
Actually, it is 48 and 1. The, last 49 Mountain West games including the MW Tournament.45 of last 46 conference games won. Some Tark level #s for Lindy
Me too, should be a great game this Sunday. The previous game at Boyzee was also a hell of a good game. I see these lady's turning it up a notch and are way more focused playing these challenging games. Alexander with 21 points and Jackson with 19. That's 40 points of the 70 total points scored tonight.
Next game at NM is going to be another great game. Sunday 1pm PT on CBS Sports Network. Both undefeated in conference play. I'm looking forward to watching.
The one NM player that always seems to nail 3's, I think her last name is Cumber, is one we can't leave alone. The team also has some quickness. I'm glad to see them get some exposure on CBS Sports.Me too, should be a great game this Sunday.
On, the New Mexico Lobos board. Half of the poster's there, think they will beat UNLV Lady Rebels.
They, say we don't have a dominate post anymore.
What, they don't realize is. UNLV, is pretty athletic and play great defense.
And, the Lady Rebels non-conference schedule, has prepared us for the Mountain West games.
These, MW games are relatively easy, compared to playing Oklahoma and @ Baylor.
Yes, Cucumber. I, always want to call her that. Can, get hot from 3 point land. The one NM player that always seems to nail 3's, I think her last name is Cumber, is one we can't leave alone. The team also has some quickness. I'm glad to see them get some exposure on CBS Sports.
Add to that much of the team was sick for that BSU game. The previous game at Boyzee was also a hell of a good game. Absolutely, Lindy showing how of a great coach she is.What a game!!! And, what a 4th quarter comeback. Lindy going to that 2-3 zone was a great move. The pit had a great crowd and just some great basketball by the Lady Rebels. It was a good showing on national tv as well.
I watched the UCDavis vs Long Beach St. Both teams were undefeated in conference play. Unfortunately UCDavis got clobbered at Long Beach. But, they are a good team. GCU will be another team that will be good in the MW. I've watched a couple of the UTEP games but they are not as good as UCDavis or GCU imo.Absolutely, Lindy showing how of a great coach she is.
Mike Bradbury, had no answer for the 2 to 3 zone, in the 4th quarter.
The Lobos player Moreland. Needs, to keep her elbows to herself.
She, injured Kiara Jackson and Kimpson, to the face. Glad, she got ejected.
22 wins in a row on the road, in the MW. This Mountain West Conference, needs another great team besides UNLV.
It, has become laughable.
Is, GCU and UC-Davis, coming to the MW next year 2025/26?I watched the UCDavis vs Long Beach St. Both teams were undefeated in conference play. Unfortunately UCDavis got clobbered at Long Beach. Yeah, Moreland. I was pissed during the game. I'll just leave it at that. I too was glad to see her get disqualified.
Super proud of the Lady Rebels today.
Davis in the 2026 season for sure. GCU was scheduled to start the WCC this fall but, since they pulled out and accepted the MW offer we may very well see GCU this year. I haven't seen anything official on it but it wouldn't surprise me to see them come this fall. I'll see what I can find on the interwebs. Is, GCU and UC-Davis, coming to the MW next year 2025/26?
Or, are they coming in 2026/27? Do, you know Meister.
I doubt they go back to the WAC this fall and I doubt that they have much of a relationship left with the WCC after the pulled out from joining this fall. I have to think we will see them this fall in the MW.Davis in the 2026 season for sure. I did see on one article that Colorado College will still be an affiliate in women's soccer. There wasn't a lot of talk about that but, I like them in the conference as it's another game within driving distance for me to see our women's soccer team.
