Kinda expected this one. Getting hurt early last season and having to go through Tommy John put him too far behind in the QB competition.

Only going to get more crowded when Rogers arrives on campus in the fall. He didn't mention where he was headed on twitter but good luck to him and sorry he never got show what he had here.

The only surprise was that it took him this long to announce it.

I think he handled it correctly. Finish out rehab/ spring ball and then move on after the semester.

He showed some flashes of real potential while he was healthy. I think if him and Decker were the same age/ year it would have been a closer qb competition. Best of luck where ever you end up.
