Steelers starting TE still isn't ready for practice, so he should be able to get some reps. TE Xavier Grimble from Gorman is also with the Steelers after spending last year on their practice squad.

I read that Grimble has a good shot at making the 53-man roster. Hopefully Phillips can make the practice squad.
