Huge week for UNLV Baseball (0-1 verse Az St.)

UNLV plays four games this week. That news could be good news or bad new depending on how they play agianst ranked teams. The following is their schedule in a week that will move UNLV back into the top 25 if they can win at least three of the four.

The schedule is as follows:

Wednesday UNLV plays agianst #8 Arizona at Arizona

Friday UNLV plays agianst #24 New Mexico at New Mexico


Saturday UNLV plays agianst #24 New Mexico at New Mexico


Sunday UNLV plays agianst #24 New Mexico at New Mexico

Agreed. Huge week. Who would have thought that the Hustlin Rebs would be our best major team? Go Rebs!!!

Arizona took the lead early at 4-0 and cruised to a 5-2 win. UNLV had a couple of chances to get back into it but couldn't push the runs across. Now UNLV really needs to take a couple of wins from New Mexico to put themselves in good standing for the MWC playoffs. Only being 1 game in front of SDSU they need to win the series.

Agreed. This series is a great opportunity for the Rebs. 2-1 or 3-0 would be awesome....
