Overall I think the team gets a B for how they played in the game, and a B+ for adjustments in the second half. The last two games have been the best played by UNLV.

I am from Minnesota so only see the national TV games. Fan since Tark came to Vegas.

No ball movement, best play is an offensive rebound. But they have some pretty good athletes. If they had one scorer they could trust they would be all right. But I do not see anyone that can get decent shots and make them.

Solid W, glad this team battles and the young guns are hooping even without Juice and Beck.. if we can win Sunday afternoon, that would be huge. Go Fight Win

First off I am glad we won and not playing a pissed off Colorado team in the loser’s bracket. I would not have minded playing them in the winner”s bracket but not in the loser’s.

I have to give the Rebels 2 grades. C- to D+ in the first part of both halves and the last 8 minutes of the first half. Extremely brutal but the rest of the way I give them a solid B. Love the hustle, defensive effort, rebounding on both ends and the continued development of the young guys (But that probably has nothing to do with our POS coach HAHA}. I was kind of hoping to see Hamilton progress a little faster but he is contributing.

I Loved the adjustment CMM made by playing JTT and sitting Diong in the 2’nd half for extended time. It put 4 guys on the perimeter and really opened up the lane for drives and passes. The 2 big guys doesn’t work unless one of them can set a pick at the top of the key and then step back and pop a 3. Neither of our bigs can do that. JTT can only stand there with the ball looking for someone to pass it to.

Our worst lineup IMHO is Robo without Hardy & the 2 bigs together. Not enough offense.

Rebels are playing really tough defense as the season goes along. That really helps to stay in games. Some of the best I’ve seen from us in a while. Ntambwe is offensive minded, which rubs off on the others. When everybody is thinking offensive aggressive, it makes us pretty good. Of course, as usual, it’s really all about the last game. Every game is important. Keep getting better Rebs. Big game today vs Indiana St. Need to keep rolling...

A close loss. That guard Indiana State named Barnes was clutch and our guys could not stay with him on drives.

Robo absolutely sucks as an outside shooter.

With unlv lack of ball movement and horrible shooting, they will get killled by zones in conference.

If they had some shooting they would not be bad.

I wouldn't give better than a C for the last game, maybe even a C-. You are correct in regards to the teams lack of players who can shoot.
