Watched him every single week at UVa. This is a monster pickup.
His numbers are ok. Was it surrounding cast? Didn't watch UVA this year...Not bashing the pick up at all more curious what to expect.

Did struggle the last part of the season and get benched, but that could have as much to do with how the entire team was playing.
Noticing a trend, all of DM’s commits so far are from florida.
He can run...Enough to keep defense honest. Better runner than Maiva but not Sluka or Hajj.

A bit of mobility has always been key for this offense to be successful, even back with Alex Smith.

I mean Sluka was our prize recruit arguably ( I personally thought Grimes and Catalon were better at the time, but definitely the best offensive recruit). What was Sluka's ranking?
We ain’t in the ACC so competition is far less and I’m still May with a guy who scrambles enough to still throw the ball, instead of a run first guy like Slugka. Supporting cast was average and the offense battled injuries. Defense was bad and he had to face defenses that were laying back expecting the pass.
Wow just from a ranking, recruiting competition perspective this is a huge win. Two years ago this was a pipe dream. Just incredible. I’m still a bit in shock.

Our quarterback's threw very few picks this year . A few costly but not many. We are spoiled to that so hopefully is is able to control that.
I want to see this too!
But I like the QB pickup more than that guy from South Carolina, who is clearly a backup guy!
Our QB was not a passer at all!
He was serviceable for a few games but by the end of the season he had games where he was 5-18?!
I hope this guy is better, seeing how he was playing ACC ball instead of at Campbell or Holy Cross!
