While everyone is being pessimistic (rightfully so), I'm going to give a more optimistic perspective.
CDR showed that we can get players here. The recruits sound committed to the program. If Findlay is involved in the decision for a new coach, Simon will likely stay. Which will mean most of the players will remain committed considering he was the head recruiter of most of these players. Some will go of course. A quote that has stuck with me from a player's mom is "Simon has the juice." It's pretty evident that Ryan & Todd brought most of these guys in. So, maybe they can rally them this season. Who knows.
We can just hope that the new coach builds a winning culture and is a strong leader. The X's and O's will be there. If we have those two, the recruiting won't drop off too much.
