But what if you can only offer minimum wage and a used car that Arroyo had?It is a “no brainer” to inquire with him to see if there would be any interest on his part!

The word for UNLV athletics is "WOKE"
We exchanged wins for woke. Feels great, doesn’t it? We are a much better mascotless, faceless, prideless school nowadays. I don’t know if Tark himself would laugh or cry at what we’ve become, of our identity, of what is important to the school. The word for UNLV athletics is "WOKE"
Maybe, which is why I brought up reaching out.It is a “no brainer” to inquire with him to see if there would be any interest on his part!
Ah, that part is easy, it’s non-risky. Third parties not officially affiliated with the school handle all the initial lifting. Of course it can lead to leaks. But you and I can put out a bs leak somewhere on social and it might get some sort of traction even though it’s bs. So a leak might be a leak, it might not… all that uncertainty makes it easier to reach out, imo.Maybe, which is why I brought up reaching out.
But still that could be risky.
The likelihood that he would become our next head coach is sooooooo low is it worth the possibilty of that being leaked with your current head coach out there?
Maybe, maybe you want Arroyo to know that they are already trying to replace him. But that could backfire. Not everyone responds to that time of intimidation. Some do. He may stop recruiting as hard, or pass on better long term players for short term answers. Which I agree there should be a balance there.
Fair enoungh. But we have had a fair share of instances of sitting head coaches and heavy rumors of their replacement in "talks"Ah, that part is easy, it’s non-risky. That said, it’s way beyond wishful thinking, imo.
