I looked at the top ten recruiting classes according to Rivals for 2012, 2013, and 2014. For each of the thirty recruiting classes, I added up the minutes per game that each recruit played in that particular year. As an example, team A signs four recruits. Each of the four recruits plays twenty minutes per game their first year on campus. That would be eighty minutes per game. I did not count players who did not play their first year on campus, so if Team A signed a fifth player who redshirted, he wouldn't be included. Of those thirty teams, the 2013 Kentucky class ranks #1 at 159.3. The 2014 UNLV class ranks #2 at 120. The 2013 Kansas class ranks #3 at 116.2. The 2012 Kentucky class ranks #4 at 113.1. The 2014 Duke class ranks #5 at 100.6.
