There have been 2 episodes and I have liked what I have seen from Sanchez in them. He appears to be an upfront no nonsense coach who will be quick to critic and then immediately motivate to get the results he wants.
In the first episode he told the team during pre-season work, "Dont come on this field with thin skin..some of you may not like the way we coach you and I am here to tell you , tough, deal with it". He seems very focused and will do everything he can to get the results he wants.
Again, this is my only time really seeing Sanchez in action but he appears to be a good motivator. I am sure some on here have much better knowledge of who and how he is but I like'em.
