what is negotiable on the escrow fees if your a buyer. What a Fn racket this is. I’m looking for a professional who would know or a realtor who does this regularly, closing costs etc.. I really don’t have time to shop around. Any help would be appreciated
‘EDIT: I see interest rates at 2.5% to 3% what’s it take to get a interest rate of 3% - yet I can only get offered an APR of 3.848- actual interest rate is 3.625 credit score averages 780.
