I'm not for pulling the trigger on Menzies after 2 years but he HAS to address our weak, uninspired defense if he has any hopes of being successful in this conference. Playing hard-nosed defense is about having a chip on your shoulder and not accepting getting your ass beat down on your own home court...or ANY court for that matter. It's simply amazing that we haven't learned to defend the 3 any better now than we did at the start of the season.
