He went from NFL OC to College football OC.

Not exactly a promotion. Especially when the narrative is he should be an HC in the NFL.

He's a good OC. I'd be happy to have him..

But he seems to rub some people the wrong way..

If he was killing it in interviews he'd be a HC in the NFL with his resume. Somethings holding him back..Disconnect somewhere.
