Covid

1 year ago on this date there were 14,000 cases and 300 deaths.

Yesterday there were 115,000 cases ( over a tenfold increase ) with 350 deaths.

The current disease is @ 1/10th as deadly as it was last year.

IMO, in another two years, it will be less of a problem than the common cold.
I really think current cases are much higher, but it’s been so mild for most they aren’t checking because it’s showing as a “cold”.

when you think of the typical colds you get once per year, every two years - at some point earlier in history, they were problematic and killed. I suspect this will be the same way, Covid, and you really won’t know because it’s so minor. I say suspect because that’s the way these things are supposed to work … but if this was manipulated by man (GOF, which I certainly believe it was), it’s harder to predict what might happen.

It's spread by sexual contact so I'm safe.
Well, I think it’s more close contact for an extended period. I don’t think this pox is super similar to HIV in terms of spread. Not “strictly” sexual.

But you gotta wonder, either God or something else is releasing a virtual misty stew of virions or they’ve always been around us but our own immune systems handle them with relative ease … and our own defenses have been diminished to the point where the bugs have better opportunities. You know, we do house a lot of viruses already and they rarely cause issues until the situation/environment is right …. A lot of people unknowingly have HSV, EBV, CMV and dozens of other viruses but they are asymptomatic, many people for life … we just don’t know that we have them. But they can jump up and bite us if the conditions are right … you can think of Chickenpox coming back as shingles for a few people. EBV as chronic fatigue or later lymphoma …. Our immune systems need to be strong to avoid that stuff …

I mentioned my oldest son got Covid while back in LV for his national guard two weeks, along with a lot of other troops, after that both me and my other son both got it for a second or third time. The last time was easy to get through, this time it was like a minor cold. My oldest son who has the vaccine was hit a lot worse than I was without the vaccine!
