The Oregon/PSU game was very entertaining. But that Clemson/SMU game was a thriller. Man that last drive by SMU to tie it was special. Then Clemson does a KC/Buffalo and with only 16 seconds left in the game gets enough yards to kick the winning 55 yard FG. Hope the CFP Games are this good.

Unbelievable games tonight.

Yeah that Georgia/Texas game was good too. Especially that ending with Beck's arm hanging as he hands it off for the walk off win.

It’s fun that we are getting closer to this type of thing. But in watching these teams, we ain’t close yet, but progressing towards it.

Yeah we definitely aren't there yet, but watching some of these games I do think we are legit top 25. Right around that number with Syracuse, Illinois, ISU.

Of course it won't happen but would you rather see mortal rival BSU get blown out in their first game or win a natty? Knowing we played two close games vs the national champs.

Guy racks up wins but never seems able to win the big game.

It’s fun that we are getting closer to this type of thing. But in watching these teams, we ain’t close yet, but progressing towards it.

There is a limit to the number of kids with the natural athletic talent to play these kinds of games. Around 25th ranked in program for recruiting is where 5* recruits fall off the picture. 4* recruits are seldom in a class ranked 50th and below. We just had one of if not the best recruiting class in program history and it ranked 76th. Yes, the star system isn't perfect. And yes, we will get a few transfers who were originally 4* recruits. But, in order to compete in those types of games we need to be in a better conference. And be close to the top of it.

Having a great year and earning the conference big prize (conf championship) where the loser gets smashed in the teeth. Doesn’t matter if it’s a 15 OT game that ends with 45 minutes of inconclusive replay whether you crossed the goal line on 4th and goal. If it’s ruled you didn’t, that means you aren’t good enough.

There will always be controversy, cut off lines, snubs … and it’s better to decide it on the field rather than a boardroom …

People talked shizz about the PAC being bad or overrated in recent years. But they just went out and won two of the conference championships in "better" conferences. With the B1G being a top 2 conference.

I think that's a bigger indictment on the B1G and BigXII......and ACC.
