First of all KUDOS goes out to Staff for making the necessary substitutions,and holding everyone accountable,regardless to live bodies.This was the single most improvement,and the reason why the outcome was a win.CDR made several key substituions based on momentum and matchups.As a Coach,its about knowing your players strengths and weaknesses.1st Half CDR went with DM over lackadasical Wood,and it got his attention,as i mentioned here on several threads.Second Hald Mr Wood came alive,and showed grit,and sitting DM was a vital move,understanding where the experience favors Wood in closing games.When Jelan was flat,CDR immediately subbed him for Cornish,not allowing the surge take a dip in the wrong direction.The energy and attitudes of the team was tremendous,and that starts with the Staff holding all accountable.These talents have no quit in them,and they are growing up at the right time.DM got bullied by Nance last outing.This outing he challenged him,and made him work for every shot.Love this young man McCaw.He has very few weaknesses,and he is the MVP of this years team.Cody was much better finding seems within the one,and cutting man.Also great move by CDR knowing when to get Cody back in the ga,e,when we were getting sloppy with the rock.
