Let me take a moment to expound the virtues of the Beard. Chris Beard has just finished his first season at Arkansas Little Rock. ALR is in the Sunbelt conference (Sunbelt is head and shoulders is above Southland where Brad Underwood coached SFA Btw). His first year he leads his team to 30-5 record with away wins against San Diego State, Tulsa, East Carolina, and DePaul all on the road and a victory against Top 15 Purdue in the NCAA tournament.
Let me also say this he did not inherit a winning team. The previous year ALR went 13-18. He did in one season what would be seen as incredible if done in the 3 or 4 seasons. In fact, if he had, he likely wouldn't be available for a job right now.
