That sound right. This year I can see UNLV winning 8 or more, and if UNLV has a standout QB this season, the sky is the limit.

Agree with almost all of this.
I think he is part of the old media that always downplays UNLV and rightfully so over the last 3 decades, but 6-6 this year would be a major letdown considering the conference schedule is easier than last year.
