Between last years coaches and this years? In terms of preparing and the nuances of the little things.

There has been a couple video snippets (Facebook and Twitter) and article quotes but it's seems most are stating that it's night and day from the previous regime. Especially, Keith Belton has created a conditioning environment that's rife with motivation, energy and comeraderie. Go to UNLV Football Twitter feed and Facebook page to see some info. I'll try to post a couple.

I haven't been to any practices and only gather my info from social media and articles so I'm sure some people closer to the program can comment.

Sanchez is a natural leader. He knows how to push the players' buttons. He knows when to yell at a kid, and when to pick a kid up and encourage him. He's genuine and cares about his players and has their best interest at heart. He's savvy and demonstrates intelligence and creativity. He's also charismatic and dynamic and not afraid to say what people need to hear. He's energized and has a vision for the type of program UNLV can become. The players will respond to him because they trust him. The talent will come. The X factor is the fans and the community. Las Vegas needs to embrace the Rebels the same way the Rebels are embracing Las Vegas.

And to get down to it, I've heard some really positive things in the way of maxes pushing way up. Bottom line, Belton has them working and the results show it!
