Their is no shame in losing to Wichita State. Their haven't lost a game at home in a couple years there and their is good reason why. It is tough place for opponents to play. I would say right now (todays landscape of college basketball) it is right up there in the top 5 toughest places to play in the country.
I won't be mad if we lose, I will however be pissed if we don't play hard or don't play smart. They can beat us, but hopefully they can't break us. I want to see effort tonight. I want to see them scrap and fight all the way until the end no matter what. If they get a 20 point lead on us and we quit I will extremely disappointed.
If we play hard and smart and still end up losing close by less than 7 points or so I will not be disappointed at all. If we win, I will ecstatic. I will feel as though this team proved a lot and will be very deserving of a top 25 ranking on Monday. It would be very nice to get ranked and play ASU at home next week and pack the mack. They have a lot to play for tonight. Huge game. Huge post season implications.
