With only 3 seniors on the roster who is told to leave to make room for the 3 others. My bet is Dembele is told to kick sand along with Green and Marvin Coleman. My guess is Coleman was put on scholarship this year but no promises for next. Dembele redshirted so I’m sure he will graduate after this year. No clue about Green except he will never play.

I don’t disagree. Something along those lines. Maybe not all, but at least some. The roster construct isn’t that far away from competing in the MWC, but moves will have to be made.

We need to retain Amauri Hardy and that's not yet a certainty.

His younger brother is the #1 ranked combo guard in the '21 class and is being heavily recruited. If the two want to play a season together Amauri will need to redshirt one year (next season). Ideally the two would choose to play together at UNLV, but as a backcourt package deal they would be welcome at about any program in the country.

Or Hardy can transfer and play with his brother at any school in the country. Probably a more likely scenario if he chooses to sit out a year. Play at Kentucky or UNLV??? Seems like a no brainer.

That scenario would suck for UNLV.. someone else mentioned that the other day and if Hardy leaves, having only Jenkins next year will be just like this year. There will only be one guy on the floor who can create and that spells doom for the team next year unless recruiting targets change for the better.

His brother won’t be here.
