This really jumped out at me after the game. Zimmerman said in the presser that Coach Simon told the team that the first 10 seconds of the shot clock were yours. That meant that if they were able to push the ball down the floor and find a good shot in the first 10 seconds, they were allowed to take it.
It definitely looked like the team responded to that line because the effort to push the ball was magnified tonight. I know it is small stuff, but even the little things can change the psyche of the team.
