I posted a week or two ago that I believed he was going to UNLV. This wasn't based upon hearing anything at the time, I had heard that it was pretty much predetermined for a couple of years that he'd be attending UNLV.
I was contacted shortly after that post by some people that definitely know what's going on with him. The whole UNLV thing was true at one point but it has drastically switched over the past couple of years. "Better" schools are interested and have been on him heavily. UNLV kind of skated by the past couple of years with him. I don't believe Otz has the time to make up the lost ground.
