Taking over a very bad situation, Bayno went 10-16 in year one as a 32 year old first time head coach. Menzies went 11-21. Relatively similar.
In year two, we moved into the WAC-PAC, which was MUCH tougher than the current MWC... Bayno went 11-5 in conference for third place. And we went 22-10 and made the third round of the NIT and we beat a ranked OOC opponent along the way.
Menzies has a much easier conference, Menzies has much more experience, he inherited a very similar situation ... so why should we not expect at least that level of improvement?????
