This is his second time actually but there should be no comparison where VCU was in there conference in recent seasons before he was hired compared to UNLV place in the MWC.

Rhoades was clearly one of the most creative defensive minds in CBB when we were looking for a coach after Menzies was fired....not sure what your point is here

That looking at another team from an objective pov allows for the formation of a non-biased, rational opinion of a coach. As Rebels fans our coaches will never have that luxury.
