FSU has called a Board of Trustees meeting for 8/2. They will vote to setup new financing for a possible exit of the Atlantic Coast Conference. They have until August 15th to notify the conference of their intentions. The ACC media deal runs until 2036 and it's believed that FSU will challenge the Grant of Rights in court. Listen to the Peter Collins interview below.

I also saw this from The Palm Beach Post:

Is the Florida State Board of Trustees meeting to leave for the Big Ten or SEC?

It doesn't seem so. The published agenda does not include any talk about athletics. The closest it comes is a request for approval about a loan for Seminoles Boosters Inc.

So if you are thinking that FSU is looking to borrow money from the Seminoles Boosters Inc. for financing to exit the conference that isn't clear. Hopefully, this will become clear in the near future.
