Casino NIL?

I don’t know if this can be opened but I have discussed this here before only to be shot down by Joe and others but a Casino NIL would be a game changer for UNLV!

But, but, the article says :

Considering anyone is allowed to bet almost anywhere in the country, the same argument can be made about any company since no doubt the owners have the ability to make bets, but nobody ever said the NCAA had a brain or plays fair!

If a NIL with Casinos can be achieved, with that kind of spend getting players becomes no problem. The question is, will Kevin be able to get the most out of them?
