If football wins 5 games could they go to a bowl? There have been some some 5 win teams that have gone to bowls. Maybe the New Mexico or Arizona bowl...

You are probably right. We only sold like a couple hundred tickets for the last bowl game. That was through UNLV.

Some dude on ESPN has projected us to go to the Arizona Bowl. I would be very happy with this. Rodgers is the real. He is definitely a PAC 12 quality QB. Glad he turned down Cal!!

I would bet that multiple 5-7 teams make bowl games again this year. It has nothing to do with the number of fans either. SJSU went a couple of years ago and they may have the weakest fan base in all of FBS. Unfortunately for UNLV it goes by APR ranking which has been pretty bad recently. I believe we're in the bottom 10 of all FBS teams so the likelihood of us getting a 5-7 bid is close to zero.
