The punters were kicking what appeared to be yellow soccer balls with reddish colored seams. Not sure what that is about or what the reasoning is behind that, maybe someone can shed some light?
Courtney Reese is the new Lex/Dorsey. Shelton Zeon III is gonna be catching a lot of balls this year. Chad Magyar seems to be settling in to some sort of role that will get him playing time.
2 things that stand out to me are that the back up QB’s are running the same plays as Armani. Good move as we can’t take the time to flip the entire offense if he gets hurt again. The other being we are only playing 2 defensive linemen down. Sometimes with McCoy and a DE on the edge and sometimes with 2 DE’s on the edge. Sometimes it almost looks like a 2-5. I like it. Might cause a lot of confusion for the opposing QB’s as they won’t know where the pressure is coming from or what the coverage will be!
