Pat "posted" his smaller man, "sealed" him and made himself available for an easy pass - and there was no double coming from behind him. Pat just happened to cut at the precise moment the ball was tossed. It's one of those plays where if either guy reacted a quarter of second earlier, it's easy cheesy.
