That really sucks. I pull for all Rebels to make it.

I doubt that it means The Bucks have given up on Rashad. They must have felt that he needed more seasoning, and he wasn’t getting enough PT in the NBA. Besides, they paid him first-rounder dollars.

But I agree. When our players don’t succeed, it reflects poorly on our teams. Anthony Bennett failed to impress as a #1 selection, and now Rashad at #17. But keep the faith, I fully expect Patrick McCaw to have a long and successful career. Think Stacey Augmon…

Well at least Vaughn, Zimm, and Pat have contracts. RV abd Bennett have first round contracts. They will get more leeway and have longer careers if they were undrafted free agents.

Marcus Banks had a much longer career than he probably should have due to his guaranteed money.

McCaw and Wood will have long NBA careers. Vaughn & Zimmerman though, I dunno but I hope they do!

As I recall, Chris Wood spent a good deal of his time in the D-League. So if your hypothesis is correct, then it would follow that a trip there is not a death sentence.

Go Rebels!

Seems the D league is starting to be utilized a little more efficiently.

Sitting on the bench and getting no touches isn't going to help anyone get better. If that is your top out as a player - - a non playing guy who works hard in practice and mop up/emergency time, so be it. Pays well. If you've got a shot to be more than that, you need to play to get that experience. Enter the D league.

A little surprised about Vaughn. He has spent most of his career so far in the NBA. Had some really good games. Interesting to see.

Can't be surprised about Zimm or DJ. Did either of them look NBA ready to any of you? They need seasoning and spot minutes by fire in a league they are physically overmatched in is not going to get them ready.

DJ would of been a 2nd round pick! Maybe a very late 1st round if we had a better PG play and better team chemistry ( alot less greed ball) . His touch around the rim u just can't teach and no I'm not talking about his dunks! LOL!
