USC Transfer

https://n.rivals.com/state_rankings/2017/nevada

Of the top 10 nevada recruits in 2017, 3 are now rebels. More than half have or are transferring to a new school which is interesting.

Anyone know where greg Rogers is going to play? I remember it was rumored he considered transferring to unlv, but haven't heard anything in a long time.

I believe 7 of those 10 have left their original schools.

Hopefully he will be able to play this season. UNLV has no good wide-outs right now. They don't want to have to put so much pressure on Rogers that he is going to have to run around and do everything. They are playing a very difficult schedule. It is ranked 3 in the MWC.

Hopefully this guy is good. He wasn't getting any playing time at USC. USC isn't even that good anymore. He will just draw double coverage if he is decent. Our other wide outs aren't very good.

Woods is solid.

Collins has big play ability. But had a better chemistry with Gilliam.

Nobody else on the roster has shown much.

These guys will have to contribute immediately.

They better be ready to contribute right away. They face a brutal 7 game stretch after the Arkansas St game. Ark St is a must win...

Ark State and trip to Wyoming are key to season.

Win both. Good chance to bowl.

Split. It gets real tough.

Lose both. Search will begin for next coach.

I would call both of them as toss ups. I would give WYO a slight edge being at home. At least it isn’t late in the year where the weather would be a factor.

You have no idea what you are talking about as usual.

Thanks for always checking out and judging my posts on here bud. You obviously don’t like me posting on here. UNLV is very thin at wide out. I’m not the only one that has said this. I will go ahead and put you on ignore again. I will see you at the Cal game in 2020 for the opening of the new stadium... :victory:[thumb2]:football:

Theres a difference between not having good depth and "not having any good WR on roster"

Hopefully some of these guys can step up to help make Armani’s life easier. I would say that the Ark st game is a tossup. This is because UNLV is at home. The next 7 games after that will be very difficult. Hope all is well Nick :victory:

I would say just the opposite that I would hope that Armani steps up to help make his receivers life easier. I don’t think Tyleek Collins caught any passes from Rogers last year but when Gilliam was in at QB he was one of our most valuable players.

Hopefully he has developed some touch and accuracy.

The key will be to keep him healthy. He could have a major year. The offense has been good. The key will be the defense...
