UNLV wins 4th game 20-1 to take the series 3-1

They played Nebraska-Omaha a 10-23 team that they should be able to sweep. They put the game away in the late innings, but what is more important is they had no errors. Errors late in a few of the recent games has been why UNLV has been struggling.

They had 4 freshmen (including the starting pitcher in the starting lineup which shows me that coach Chambers is still working hard at getting more of the freshmen into the game. Next season there will be a stack of young players from a very good recruiting class that will help to boster the team.

Really need this sweep to get back to .500 and get some confidence going.

UNLV leading in the 7th 10-0 over Nebraska-Omaha

Six of the 12 who have played so far for UNLV are freshmen. Chambers has really started to load the freshmen into the games and it will show as they get there time in and keep improving.

After losing the third game 8-6 I think the baseball team got pissed off! They came back to win the 4th game 20-1 to take the series 3-1
