There was a lull in good games this afternoon so I decided to watch this old game when UNLV was the towns VGK and it was electric at the Mack.
I know Keith Jackson did this game with Dick Vitale and I remember this game as a kid very well. Keith passed last night and this broadcaster legend joins Chic Hearn, Al McGuire and all the greats.
I also missed the old ABC Sports UNLV Sunday games.
Also note from a newspaper article this morning someone had stolen Valerie Pida’s plaque at the Student Plaza. This will need to be replaced asap. Go Rebels!
