UNC 94 UNLV 76. With 7 Freshman on the roster and 11 newcomers all together... we are only going to get better, but yeah we need to get A LOT better !
Predicting the crying at the end of the game will be the polar opposite from the 40+ year old men weeping like babies when we beat them at the Orleans several years ago......

What is with this dum weave at the top of the key that goes no where until near the end of the shot clock and then we force junk up?
We have one guy who can get a shot on their own. We need inside out passing, not horizontal passes way beyond 3 point line. Once carolina extended their defense, rebels died
The worst news about this game was that it was broadcast on ESPN2. Thats not good.
We were all aglow during the off-season with "now we've got some shooters." Would be nice if we had some "makers". Just looked at the box score. Who shoots that bad? Even FT's were under 50%. Must've been that Tar Heel FT defense, eh? And the transition (no) defense? Anyone who's watched us knows all they need to do to get a W-I-D-E open three is send someone to the corner. We'll have five guys all in or within five feet of the key, two of them guarding nobody.
Great point, even though Hardy was not much of a shooter, at least he could create and draw fouls. That every big school wanted Jenkins as a transfer looks crazy from how he has looked so far. He does not seem to have the quickness for this level.
No excuses, but It's really hard, for some reason, to take a year off and come back the same.
Yup. No one other than Hamilton to break down defenses and kick it out(Hardy would've been nice to have) and no inside scoring threat either. Add poor defense and lack of rebounding and the only way we can win is by hitting 25 contested threes a game or paying off the refs. Defense has got to get a lot better.
