UNLV v SDSU at Wilson Field SDSU won game #1

UNLV plays a 3 game series starting today. The first game is at 6 pm today, the second game is at 6 pm Friday, and the final game is at 1 pm Saturday. With the changes to the line up producing better hitting, it is time for UNLV to get back to a winning record and sweep SDSU.

If you can make the game, I am sure the players will appreciate the support.

UNLV still has problems with too many errors which allowed this game to get away in the late innings the score was tied 6-6 into the late innings when SDSU outscored UNLV 6-0 to win 12-6. The wind may have had something to do with it, but UNLV needs to come back and win the final two games agianst a team they should be able to sweep.

The Rebels lost game 2 last night 6-3 in 11 innings. Tough start to the season so far.

UNLV went 0-3 losing today by 9-5

It appears that the coach is playing a lot of the younger players (5 freshmen were in the game yesterday) and they are paying the price with a really bad record. I hope the problems with this season can be turned around by conference tournament time since that is the only way they can get into the national tournament.
