As I have always said, UNLV is not going to get walked over in this deal. The more money the Raiders spend, they less control they have, with the option to back out becoming more expensive.

Interesting part of that article is the leverage I didn't think UNLV had. The fact that they could delay groundbreaking which would really put the Raiders in an awkward spot. Here's to hoping UNLV gets decent concessions so there is an actual home field advantage!

The Raiders are doing what any good business is doing which is getting the best deal they can for themselves. UNLV it appears is now doing the same! Makes you wonder if TKM being going has a lot to do with the fact we now get professional help instead of amateur hour!
