Here is the staff that was with Beard at Little Rock. It doesnt look like he had any of these guys with him previously so not sure how loyal he is to any of them. Flanigan was a very good player and has the most D1 experience at High Major schools including his playing days at Auburn. Adams looks like he may be a coaches coach, been a head coach in lower level CBB for 23 years and it seems did very well where ever he was.
On the surface if Beard is smart and I can only assume that he is, he will either keep Miller or bring in another guy with experience recruiting the types of recruits we expect. Maybe Flanigan from his Little Rock staff is that guy? But the others he has with him dont seem to be.
