Now this is starting to make me nervous about the search. Herman is a guy I wanted and I felt that Harper had something up his sleeve with a hire. Now, for some reason, I feel like this is the one that got away as with every coaching search at UNLV. Get it done Harper!

We assume to know the whys and why nots by applying our own situation and priorities to others and … it’s rarely similar let alone the same.

Me, I’d easily choose Florida over Vegas.

It's a different lifestyle for them.

A lot goes into a coach choosing a job.

It goes beyond just money and the potential program.

Family, wives, kids, schools, lifestyle all come into play.
